The offer in the area of beekeeping tourism in Slovenia is supplemented by the book The Honey Book. The culinary guide provides 25 recipes of honey dishes from various chefs.
The recipes were collected and edited by Kaja Pogačar. According to the author, the culinary guide combines the Slovenian beekeeping tradition with contemporary Slovenian cuisine, and the recipes presented are useful and creative. They were contributed by fameous Slovenian Chefs - Bine Volčič, Uroš Štefelin, Igor Jagodic, Gašper Kordež etc. The recipes are accompanied by photographs by Kaja Pogačar and the Chefs' reflections on the importance of honey in cuisine.
